I want to try and give you some direction to building muscle. I don’t want to just show you what I do, I would like to show you what you could do.

  • Step 1 – Be patient
  • Step 2 – Add resistant training (weights or body weight) and try to gradually lift or do more.
  • Step 3 – Eat in a calorie surplus (more than your maintenance)
  • Step 4 – Give your muscles a chance to recover.

I am going to share my experience and journey of what it takes to get lean and step on stage in a mens physique show. I want you to see how to lose fat, build muscle, be active and I also want you to see how hard it is, the time it takes and the effort that goes in.
