During my time studying I have completed 4 prestigious strength and conditioning internships – these allowed me to observe programming, work with and coach Olympians, World Champions, Professionals, and elite athletes.

About Cassandra

A very good friend convinced me to go to the gym with her about 9 years ago now and that’s when and where my love for health and fitness truly began!
I saw the benefits it had, not only physically but mentally. I almost feel like it transformed me completely!

So on I went and decided to become a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2016. Since then I have worked in various different gyms coaching a variety of clients and have taught classes as a group fitness instructor.

The buzz I get from training clients and teaching group exercise classes is phenomenal! Seeing clients and members thrive, work on their health and just generally feeling on top of the world is brilliant, and one of the main drivers why I absolutely love what I do!I get to help people. Help people become a healthier and happier version of themselves. And I get to call this my job… It’s something I am grateful for every single day!

In May 2022, I moved countries. Back to Sweden, where I am originally from, which meant I had to go fully online. And although I don’t get to meet as many clients face-to-face anymore, I have loved every minute of this as well!!

I prepped for a photoshoot at the end of August 2023, which was a wild experience!! I knew I was stubborn and determined but never thought I would be capable of achieving the physique I did! I am currently training to compete at Hyrox in March 2024 which is proving challenging, to say the least, but fun!! It’s a whole other style of training compared to the photoshoot prep as it’s far more endurance focussed. Let’s just say, I’m giving my heart and lungs a run for their money!

Qualifications

Personal Trainer Level 2 and 3

Level 3 Exercise Referral
Les Mills Grit
MetaFit & MetaCubBoxing Coach

Sports & Hobbies

I am passionate about everything health and fitness. I love reading and researching new topics, which allow me to learn and develop as a coach!

I get far too excited about new books and could probably spend hours and hours in WH Smith or Waterstones… I don’t partake in a specific sport but do enjoy the occasional snowboarding trip in winter and love going for a hike in summer.

Although I’m not very good at it, I do love the occasional game of football and table tennis with my nephews.I have lived in 3 different countries and travelled a fair bit as well. I love getting to know different cultures, trying new foods and just generally exploring new places and meeting new people!

On a quiet day I love nothing more than to just hang out and be with friends and family! For having travelled so much, I’m quite the homebody!

About Corey

I have always been involved in sports or physical activities so to say fitness is part of my life it would be an understatement. I did well at school but PE was my favourite class as I felt I just took to being physical easier than sitting in a class room.

When It came to leaving school I knew that my career would be involved in the sporting industry so i went to college to study sports coaching with development where I focused most of the coaching into gymnastics, where I volunteered at a local club for many years.

After college I got an opportunity to start working in a small gym for a couple of weeks, where I fell in love with helping people reach their health and fitness goals or targets!

Seeing clients or class goes achieving something such a performing a new exercises, hitting a personal best in the gym/sporting event or losing weight and the excitement it would give them made my passion grow to help more and more people reach their goals.

Qualifications

HND sports coaching with development
Level 2 gym instructor
Level 3 personal trainer
PiYo instructor

Sports & Hobbies

I'm a Dad to 3 beautiful children so when I'm not working I try and get as much family time as possible. My partner and I love getting the kids out on adventures down at the beach or up in the hills.

When I'm not with the family I like to be active, if that is going to the gym, taking part in a sport or just going for a walk.

More than just personal training...

The fitness industry is saturated with personal trainer certificates and 2-day courses allowing you to become ‘qualified’. Also, being in the best shape of your friends’ circle does not mean you should become a PT.

What we are trying to do at TSHF is introduce people to lifestyles that will increase happiness, improve health, reduce body fat, build strength and lead to a better life from day to day. Using the knowledge gained from university, my internships with elite athletes, my own experience of losing and gaining weight and being infatuated with learning about health and fitness we want to not only be able to relate to you but provide a service that is a whole level above ‘personal training’.
